Dan Weir – Executive Chairman, Michigan Potash
Dan has spent the last 15 years working  at some of the top financial firms in Canada.

Ian Colquhoun, Ph.D., P. Geo. – President & CEO, Michigan Potash
18 years experience in oil and gas resource industry, expert in the Trenton-Black River play of Appalachian and Michigan Basins, has held senior positions in both private and public junior oil and gas companies.

Mike Ferguson, P. Eng. – Ferguson Consulting and Gensource Potash
Mike played a significant role in Potash One as its project manager for the Legacy Project from inception of the company until it was sold to K+S for $434 million. Mike represents other former members of the Potash One team, who will bring world class expertise in solution mining and brine processing to the project as these skills become required within MPI.

Glenn Dawson, P. Geol. – Magnum Hunter, President of the Company's Williston Basin Division
Mr. Dawson was formerly the President and CEO of NuLoch Resources, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in oil and gas exploration in North America. His principal responsibilities have involved the generation and evaluation of drilling prospects and production acquisition opportunities.

David A. Terry, Ph.D., P. Geo. 
Professional geoscientist and businessman with over 20 years experience in the international resources sector. Dr.Terry has familiarity with a wide range of commodities. He held senior positions with a number of large mining companie,s as well as management and director roles for publically listed companies; he is currently a director of several publically listed companies. 

Tom Godbold, Geol. – State of Michigan, retired
35 years experience at the Office of Geological Survey for the State of Michigan. Directly involved with regulation of mineral wells including solution mining since 1981. Worked in a senior level position at the Geological Survey.

Dennis Sullivan, P.E. Morton Salt, retired
30 years experience at Morton Salt, Manistee, Michigan, as engineer for planning and oversight of drilling and completion of salt solution mining well operations as well as design and installation of ancillary fluid transport systems.

John Moses – Sherritt International
Director of Sherritt International with 30 years experience in mining and prospecting.
